Jason Maddox
Jason Maddox is Principal of Shell Castle LLC. He leads client relationships and delivery across the firm’s consulting pillars, with an emphasis on clear ownership, operational seriousness, and respectful partnership with specialized licensed professionals when matters require legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage credentials.
Prior to establishing the firm’s Puerto Rico base, Jason’s work was oriented around building and advising operating businesses. Today that experience informs how Shell Castle approaches executive counsel, headquarters support, and specialized export services for international clients.
